Registration for participation in the 2025 New Americans Book Festival has opened, as the New Americans Magazine and the New American Community Information Center, in conjunction with the Karl Road branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library, Columbus, Ohio announced the hosting of the 4th edition of the New Americans Book Festival on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from Noon to 5pm.
The annual gathering of authors, poets, artists, agents, writers, movie and film producers, printers and Publishers is drawn majorly from the independent new and old authors, new American, immigrant and the refugee community and other related individuals and organizations.
The new addition to this year’s event is the introduction of an essay, short stories and art competition among youths in elementary, middle and high schools.
The New Americans Book Festival has continued to attract local, national and international participants with the support of organizations that always make it happen including the Columbus Metropolitan Library, City of Columbus Department of Neighborhood, Columbus City Council, Central Ohio Transit Authority, and JPS Print.
Registration closes on Friday, September 12, 2025.
