The 2026 Columbus Book Festival will be held on Saturday July 11 and Sunday 12, 2026 at the Columbus Metropolitan Library 96 S. Grant Ave., Columbus, Ohio.

Hosted by the Columbus Metropolitan Library Foundation and presented by Battelle, the Columbus Book Festival is a highlight of the library’s vison of a thriving community where wisdom prevails.
“Stay cool inside Main Library and hear popular authors talk about their newest books. Check out panel discussions, author talks and presentations about your favorite genres and get your books signed,” the organizers said.
“Shop local by buying featured authors’ new books from the Official Festival Bookstore and get great deals on used books at the Friends of the Library Big Book Sale tent.”
The organizers said the book fair will provide opportunity to meet and greet 100 independent authors at Indie Author Alley.
